At KC Farms Meats, we raise 100% Angus beef. Not only are we the farmers raising your meat, but we also process the meat in our beautiful on-farm USDA processing facility to allow our beef to be available year-round. As the farmer we can promise that our beef is just beef--NO ANTIBOTICS, NO HOROMONES, NO ADDITIVES. Simply put--JUST BEEF! We offer individual cuts along with beef shares!
OUR STORY
KC Farms was founded in 1982 by the late Leo H. Scott of Ferrum, VA. He had a passion for genetics and Red Angus Cows that has been continued by the third and fourth generation of Scotts: Chase, Jessie, Chase David, Anna Leigh, and Abram Leo.
OUR HERD
Why Red Angus? Red Angus is a beautiful breed of cows that share the same heritage as Black Angus. Their red coat helps them tolerate the warmer temperatures better!
